I am subletting a 1 bedroom in a spacious 4 bedroom apartment. The room comes furnished with a full size bed (twin beds also available) and a dresser. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen with a dining room and a large living room. Very open and spacious! There is a balcony off of the living room. Laundry is available on every floor. The apartment building is located on the corner of Broom St. and West Gorham St. near State St. and University.
Amenities: Dishwasher, microwave, extra freezer space in addition to fridge freezer, garbage disposal
Common Area: full size kitchen table, 6 chairs, 4 bar stools. Living room has 2 brand new couches, 3 coffee tables, a TV and Stereo system. |
